Monday Night Belly Dance with Ava Fleming
May- 3rd, 10th, and 17th (31st may get switched out for the 17th)

June- 14th, 21st, and 28th July- 12th, 19th, and 26th

August- 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd (an extra class!!!!)

September- 13th, 20th, and 27th

October- 11th, 18th, and 25th

November- 8th, 15th, and 29th

December- 6th, 13th, and 20th

Times: 5:45pm - 6:45pm, Mixed Levels
Focusing on Technique and ending with a small combination, each class is different from the last, and is formatted for mixed levels. Beginners and advanced students alike, will come away satisfied.

6:45 - 7:00 Workout (included in Monday night belly dance package)

7:10pm - 10:00pm al Moro Student Belly Dance Troupe
Open to all levels, this company is comprised of al Moro Belly Dance students, who perform around the valley.

Saturday Belly Dance with Samantha
Have fun learning the basics of belly dance. Improve your posture, flexibility, coordination and loose weight. Students will gain a sense of how to teach themselves. Individual attention is provided and increasing level of difficulty will be provided to each student. Combinations will be taught in this class.
Dates: June: 6th, 13th, and 20th
July: 11th, 18th, and 25th
August: 1st, 8th, 22nd, and 29th Times: 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M.
